Returns/Refunds

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

 Any product must be returned within 10 days for exchange or refund.
 No Additional Charges For Exchanges including S/H in USA.
All items returned must be in re-saleable condition & unworn with all Tags
and Labels intact. Returns without exchange will be subject to return and
restocking fees. We Do Not charge any New Shipping Charges for Exchanges.
Cancellation & Returns for Refund are subject to Return, Refund, & Restocking fees.
On a Return Basis,  we do not rent or lend out merchandise for any purpose.
All return packages must have the Auth. #  on the OUTSIDE of the package 
for prompt service and Memo of explanation inside.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns for the following items if the
original packaging has been opened or if the item have  been tried on:
 Panties, including G-strings, Thongs, Swimwear. Shoes that have been walked in.
Wigs, Stockings that have been "tried on or worn".  Any type of Underwear
that is tried on against Men's or Women's Genitalia, etc.
Discontinued, Sale or Price Reduced items are difficult to restock, (since they
have already in most cases been taken out of our inventory system), any return
of such item(s) may incur additional return charges.  We suggest exchanging.
No Costume Returns or Cancellations.
      We do not rent or lend.
For any Return Merchandise you must E-mail us for a Return Number
  and  "MUST" have that "Visible Return Authorization Number" on Return Package.
